A clearer assessment report
The results page for an executive function assessment has been rebuilt. Each skill area shows a level (Needs Support, Supported or Independent) next to its percentage, with a sentence on what that area looks like for this person, and the Progress Snapshot names the focus areas to start with. The Assessments tab now shows the same snapshot. New reports open with an overview in sections: strengths, focus areas, what has changed since the last assessment when there is one, and how it all fits together. The progress chart appears from the second assessment of the same type, and a comparison with an earlier one waits for three, because two scores can differ for everyday reasons.

Each focus area on the report has a Draft a goal button, and a goal can be drafted for any other area too. The draft can be saved, revised by saying what to change, or skipped, and nothing is saved until you approve it. Strategies are no longer written automatically when an assessment is finished; Refresh strategies on the Strategies tab writes them whenever you want them.

A support is something the people around a person put in place so things work day to day. The About tab on a profile now has a Supports section with the ones in place, suggestions from an assessment to add, and room to write your own. On the report, each focus area lists suggested supports, and any of them can be added to the profile in one click.
Print a report, or share it with a link
The report has a Print or save as PDF button, with the choice to leave out the question-by-question detail. It replaces the separate PDF and Word downloads, so the printout matches the page, and assessments on the Materials tab now open the report. Share results makes a view-only link that opens without an account and stays current as the report changes. It can be paused, turned back on or swapped for a new link, and it shows how many times it has been opened.

Marking an assessment complete used to hold the page while the report was written. It now moves on straight away. The assessments list shows the report as being written, and a message with a link to it appears when it is ready, on whichever page you are on.

Joining a team now settles the plan you were already paying for
If you were paying for your own plan and then joined a team, your old plan is now cancelled for you and you get the unused part of it back, counted in whole days. Joining part way through a day no longer costs you that day. And in the rare case where the cancellation cannot go through, you are told at the time instead of ending up on the team and the old plan at once.

After buying a team plan there is now a checklist that walks through the first few steps: invite the people who need access, create the profiles you support, and open the insights view. Profiles can be created straight from it. Invitation emails describe what the person is actually being invited to, and the help link goes to the Help Center rather than an inbox.

Reaching the profile limit used to bring up a message suggesting steps that would not have freed a slot, which sent people looking for a setting that was never going to help. The messages around the profile limit now say what the limit is and what genuinely changes it.
Finding the assessments you have not started
The assessments list has a new filter for the ones nobody has opened yet, so a long list can be narrowed to what still needs doing. The "In progress" filter also matches what the page labels in progress, which it did not before.

Send an assessment to a student or parent in one step
Sharing an assessment now sits next to Start Assessment on a profile, instead of being buried in a menu. Pick which assessment you want, comprehensive or foundational, and you get a link to copy. The person who opens it says who they are, a parent, a teacher, or the learner themselves, and that becomes the label on the finished assessment. One link, one completed assessment.

A team can try the full Team plan for 14 days without entering a card, the same way an individual account can. The trial carries the set of profiles the plan includes and the ability to invite the rest of the team, so it behaves like a real paid team while it runs. Signing up now asks whether the account is for one person or for a team, and sends you down the right path from the start.

The team Profiles tab has a search box. Type a name or an owner's email address and it searches the whole workspace rather than the page in front of you, which matters once a list runs past a few hundred. Accented names are found whether or not the accent is typed, and the paging controls now stay a readable size instead of drawing a numbered button for every page.
Answers are no longer lost when moving through an assessment quickly
Clicking Next while an answer was still saving could silently drop the last few seconds of work, so a page came back part-filled with no sign anything had gone wrong. Answers are now saved in order before the page moves on, and closing the tab with unsaved answers warns first.

Downloading an assessment report for a profile someone had shared with you returned an error however many times it was tried. Separately, the very first download of any report failed and only worked on a second attempt. Both are fixed, so a report downloads first time whether the profile is yours or shared with you.
Uploading a second document to a profile
Adding a second document to a profile could fail with an error after the document had already been read, so the About sections did not update and the work was lost. Documents now save whatever the length of the summary written for them.
The assessment rating scale reads better on a phone and with a screen reader
The picture-based rating row no longer runs off the edge of a narrow phone screen, and the scale announces which option is selected to a screen reader rather than showing it in color alone. Text across the app also got darker, so it holds up on a dim screen or a projector.

A help center you can search
Roughly 50 articles answering the questions people ask most, from how an assessment works to adding someone to a team. Search from the top of the page, or browse by category. Every article names what it covers, so it is clear before opening it.

Any strategy can be saved as a PDF to hand over as it is, or as a Word document to edit first. The download controls sit on the strategy card and on the Strategies tab, so it takes one click from wherever you are reading.

Materials is now grouped into sections by what you can take away, rather than one undifferentiated list. Several goals or assessments can be rendered into a single file, so a handover is one document instead of six. Rows can be removed when they are no longer wanted, and the labels say what each item is.
The Resource Library is easier to move around
Worksheets and Printables now come in pages instead of one long scroll, which matters once a library runs to hundreds of items. The two tabs are named for what they hold: what used to be called Skills is now Worksheets, and Resources is now Printables. My Stuff has moved into the sidebar, so saved items are one click away.

Some school and clinic networks, along with certain VPNs and content filters, block the storage host files were served from, so a download would fail with little explanation. Downloads now come through a route that those networks allow, and when one does fail the page says so rather than appearing to do nothing.
Assessment modules open on profiles shared with you
Opening an executive function module on a profile someone else had shared with you returned a not-found error, so the assessment could not be started or continued. Shared profiles now open their modules the same way your own do.
Stronger protection on sign-in and account recovery
Signing in, creating an account and resetting a password all have stronger protection against repeated automated attempts, and password requirements have been tightened.
Ask for a quote without writing an email
Organizations buying for a group can request a quote from a short form instead of composing a message and waiting to hear back. It reaches the team directly and records the request, so nothing is lost.

A readable preview when your trial ends
When a trial or plan ends, worksheet pages open as a preview instead of an error. You get the title, description, worksheet key, materials and the opening of the background, with the steps held behind a single upgrade card. The Resource Library also lets you click through to any worksheet rather than stopping at the list.

A worksheet page now shows how many of your five trial downloads you have used, counted on the server so the number is right. At five of five the download button offers a plan instead of failing with an error.
Worksheets link to related worksheets again
Most worksheets were showing an empty Related Worksheets panel, because saving a worksheet behind the scenes cleared its links. The links are back on all 123 worksheets, saving keeps them now, and each worksheet has its category in the Worksheet Key again.
Downloaded documents say a model drafted them
The assessment report, adapted worksheets and goal exports now carry a short line: an AI model wrote the first draft, and a person should review it before it is used. It appears in the PDF and Word versions, and prints at the foot of every page.
The signed-in app fits a phone screen
On a phone the app laid out wider than the screen, which pushed the Strategies, About and Materials tabs, the report downloads and the account menu off the side where they could not be reached. They fit now.

Advocate360 has its own address
The app now lives at advocate360.app. If you have the old address bookmarked, or a link to it in an email, it will take you to the right place automatically.
Share links describe the assessment they open
When you share an assessment with a family or a student, the page they land on now names the assessment and says how much of the picture it covers, rather than describing it as a full evaluation. It also tells them who reads their answers and links to the privacy policy.
The privacy policy, terms and disclaimer now open properly
The links to these from the signup form led to a login screen instead of the document. They now open for anyone, signed in or not. The text has been updated too: it names the services that handle your data, says how long that data is kept, and lists the right support address.

The new Strategies tab
Every profile now has a Strategies tab with practical, personalized executive function strategies based on that person's assessment and goals. Save the ones that fit, refine them in your own words, or dismiss what doesn't apply.

Profiles now have an About section that brings background, strengths, and needs together in one place, with an activity timeline of what's happened on the profile.
A sample profile to explore
Every account now includes Jordan, a sample learner profile with a completed assessment, goals, and materials already in place. Explore it and try things out. It does not count toward the profile limit.
Custom labels for assessments
Add your own label to each assessment, like "Fall check-in." Labels show on the assessment cards and title the points on the Progress Over Time chart, so repeat assessments for the same learner are easy to tell apart.
Support for larger teams
Team plans now cover larger groups, and teams with 50 or more profiles can ask about volume pricing.

If a team member leaves or is removed, their learner profiles now transfer to the team owner automatically, and you will see exactly what will happen before you confirm.
A reorganized Resources hub

A simpler way to create goals
Goal creation is now one path instead of two, so the focus stays on executive function. Any IEP goals already created stay on the profile as standard goals, and the "How This Goal Was Created" view is still there.
