What you learn about each client, carried from one session to the next.
One profile per client holds a structured executive function assessment, the strategies and systems you build from it, and progress over time. The between-session work starts from what you set up, not from last session's memory.

Made by the team at Life Skills Advocate, an executive function coaching practice for neurodivergent teens and adults.
You're the one holding each client's picture between sessions.
You know what each client needs. Keeping every picture current, and getting the plan to carry between the times you meet, is the part that eats your prep.
The thread lives in your notes and your memory
You end a session with a system to try. By the next one, the details, what you set up, why, and how it landed, sit in your notes and your head. You rebuild the context before you can move forward.
Intake and assessment are scattered across tools
The intake form, the assessment, the strengths, the plan: spread across a doc, a spreadsheet, and your scheduling tool. Pulling one client's whole picture together takes prep time you would rather spend coaching.
The client can't see their own plan
Clients do the executive function work between sessions. That is easier when they can read their own plan in their own words, not a page of coach's notes they rarely see.
Advocate360 holds each client in one profile, keeps it current between sessions, and turns what you learn into an assessment, strategies, and progress you can share.
See it with one real profile
Follow one profile, Jordan, the sample in every account. What you learn about a client becomes an assessment, strategies, and progress, and you can see what shaped each one.
Start from the assessment and the whole picture
Have the client complete the executive function assessment through a private link, and add what you know: strengths, motivators, the context around them. Advocate360 builds from the whole picture, not a label, so what comes out fits the client in front of you.
Turn it into strategies and systems, with the reasoning visible
Each strategy says what to try and why it fits, tied to the client's own scores. Edit, keep, or set any aside; the final wording is yours to hand the client.
Re-assess, and show progress across sessions
Re-check executive function whenever you want and watch it move. You can show the client, or a student's parent, progress on the screen instead of describing it from memory.
An AI model writes the first draft of the goals and strategies. You edit, refine, or dismiss anything it produces before you use it, and we show how each draft was shaped.
Each skill area is rated across its own questions on a 0 to 4 scale, so the percentage is that person’s total out of the highest score that skill area could reach. It is a shared starting point for a conversation, not a normed or diagnostic instrument, so it is not a comparison against other people.
The coaching lives between sessions. So does the profile.
Executive function coaching is really about what happens between the times you meet. Advocate360 is built to carry the work across that gap, and to the client.
The client answers in their own words
Send a private link. The client completes the assessment on their own device, and the plan starts from what they said, not only your notes about them. It is 77 questions and usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes, or 30 questions and about 5 to 15 minutes on the shorter Foundational version. Progress saves, so it can be done in more than one sitting.
Next session starts from what you set up
What you land on stays in one profile, so the next check-in picks up from the system you built together, instead of 'so, how did it go?'
In language the client can read
Goals and strategies are written for the client to read on their own, and you can share a clean report as a PDF or DOCX when a client or a parent wants one.
Built to keep each client's information private
You can use it without putting identifying details in: initials, a first name, or a role label, and share only what you choose.
De-identified by design
Each client's profile is its own record. We recommend initials, a nickname, or a role label for it. You decide what identifying information, if any, goes in, and you can edit or delete it anytime.
Encrypted, and not sold
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell or rent your clients' data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your data doesn't train AI
Advocate360 uses Anthropic's Claude models through Anthropic's business API. Data sent there isn't used to train the models, and Anthropic deletes it within 30 days in the ordinary course. Our privacy policy sets out the limited exceptions.
A coaching tool, not a clinical record
Advocate360 supports executive function coaching. The assessment is non-clinical, it is not a diagnosis or a medical record, and no diagnosis is required to use it.

Coach questions
Is this a replacement for my coaching?
No. Advocate360 is a tool for your practice, not coaching itself. It holds each client's profile, assessment, and plan, and carries the work between your sessions.
Is the assessment a normed or clinical test like the BRIEF2?
No. Advocate360's executive function assessment is a structured, non-clinical self-assessment. It gives you and the client a shared starting point, a report you can download and share as an editable DOCX or a PDF, and a way to track change over time. It is not a normed or diagnostic instrument, and no diagnosis is required.
How do my clients access it?
The account stays with you, and clients don't need a login. You send a private link so they complete the assessment in their own words, and you can share a report with them as a PDF or DOCX.
Can I keep several clients in one account?
Yes. The Supporter plan is $20 a month and includes up to 10 client profiles, with the option to add more. A full caseload or a whole practice fits the Team plan.
Do my clients need a diagnosis?
No diagnosis is required to use Advocate360.
What does a percentage like 36% mean?
It is that person’s own answers, scored. Every question in a skill area is rated 0 to 4, and the percentage is their total out of the highest score that skill area could reach, which is 7 questions and 28 points on the Comprehensive assessment. The report groups each result into one of three bands: Needs Support at 0 to 49%, Supported at 50 to 69%, and Independent at 70 to 100%. It is not a normed or diagnostic instrument, so the number is not a comparison against other people and it is not a diagnosis.
How long does the assessment take?
There are two lengths. Comprehensive covers all 11 skill areas in 77 questions and usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Foundational covers 5 core skills in 30 questions and usually takes about 5 to 15 minutes. Comments can be left on any question and on each skill area, so someone who wants to add context will take longer. Progress saves, so it can be done in more than one sitting.
How accurate are the AI-drafted goals and strategies?
AI drafts are a starting point. You can edit, dismiss, or refine anything it produces, so accuracy stays in your hands.
Does what I enter train AI models?
No. Advocate360 uses Anthropic's Claude models through Anthropic's business API. Data sent to that API is not used to train the models, and Anthropic deletes it within 30 days in the ordinary course. Our privacy policy sets out the limited exceptions.
Is there a free trial? Do I need a credit card?
Yes. There's a 14-day free trial and signup doesn't ask for a card. The trial includes 2 profiles and up to 5 exercise downloads, and Jordan's demo profile is in it from day one so you can see a full client profile before adding your own.
What does it cost?
The Supporter plan is $20/month and includes up to 10 client profiles. The free trial includes 2.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account stays open in read-only mode. Client profiles, assessments, goals and strategies stay where they are, and anything you have already generated stays downloadable as a PDF or a Word file. A plan is what opens up new work: creating and editing goals, running a new assessment, and adapting exercises. Resubscribe any time to restore full access.
