Turn what you know about each client into support they can use between sessions.
One profile per client holds the intake picture, an executive function self-assessment completed in the client's own words, and the strategies and take-home materials you build from it.

Built by practitioners: Chris Hanson (special education teacher and executive function coach), Jennifer Schmidt (school psychologist), Amy Sippl (BCBA), and Joe Coleman, many of us neurodivergent ourselves.
The findings are solid. Keeping them practical is the slow part.
You already know what each client needs. Turning that into current, shareable, day-to-day support for a whole caseload is where the hours go.
Findings live in a document
After an intake or an assessment, the write-up is done, and the day-to-day support plan still has to be built, and rebuilt, by hand for each client.
Session prep means re-reading
Before each session you rebuild the picture from notes, files, and memory. Across a caseload, that prep time adds up fast.
Families ask what to do at home
Clients and parents want something concrete to work from between sessions, and producing readable take-home material for each one takes time.
Advocate360 keeps each client's picture in one profile, ready before the session, and turns it into strategies, take-home materials, and reports you can share.
From first-person assessment to day-to-day support
Follow one profile, Jordan, the sample profile in your trial. The client's own answers become strategies, take-home materials, and a report you can share.
The client answers for themselves, from a private link
The client completes it on their own device, in first person, with no account to create. Their answers land in the profile you hold, so the results start from their words, not only your read of them.
Results become strategies you can refine
From the assessment and the profile, Advocate360 drafts strategies that say what to try and why it fits. Edit, keep, or set any aside. The final wording is yours.
Take-home material, adapted to the client
Pick a worksheet and Advocate360 adapts it to the client's profile: their goals, challenges, and interests. Hand it over, so clients and families have something concrete to work from between sessions.
Hand over a report they can use
Download the assessment report and share it with the client, or with a parent when you work with students. What you hand over is yours to refine first.
An AI model writes the first draft of the goals and strategies. You edit, refine, or dismiss anything it produces before you use it, and we show how each draft was shaped.
Each skill area is rated across its own questions on a 0 to 4 scale, so the percentage is that person’s total out of the highest score that skill area could reach. It is a shared starting point for a conversation, not a normed or diagnostic instrument, so it is not a comparison against other people.
Built to sit alongside your clinical work
Advocate360 is the practical layer: it holds what you know about each client and turns it into support they can use between sessions.
Alongside your instruments
The assessment is a structured, non-clinical self-assessment: a shared starting point in the client's words and a way to track change over time. It is not a normed or diagnostic instrument, and no diagnosis is required.
Session prep in one place
Intake notes, assessment results, strategies, and progress sit in one profile per client, so the picture is current before the session starts.
An assessment you can fit to the client
Two depths, first-person or third-person phrasing, and a standard or smiley-face answer scale for younger clients and for higher support needs. Send it as a private link, work through it together in session, or fill it out yourself. It is 77 questions and usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes, or 30 questions and about 5 to 15 minutes on the shorter Foundational version. Progress saves, so it can be done in more than one sitting.
Designed to work without client‑identifying details
You can run profiles on initials, a first name, or a role label, and share only what you choose.
De-identified by design
Each client's profile is its own record. We recommend initials, a nickname, or a role label for it. You decide what identifying information, if any, goes in, and you can edit or delete it anytime.
Encrypted, and kept separate
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and passwords are stored hashed. Only your logged-in accounts can see your profiles unless you choose to share them, and one organization's data is kept separate from another's.
Your data doesn't train AI
Advocate360 uses Anthropic's Claude models through Anthropic's business API. Data sent there isn't used to train the models, and Anthropic deletes it within 30 days in the ordinary course. Our privacy policy sets out the limited exceptions.
Not a clinical record, and not a HIPAA platform
Advocate360 is a skill-building tool, not a clinical records system. It is not HIPAA compliant and we don't sign Business Associate Agreements, so keep identifying details out and keep the clinical record in your own system.
Hosted in the United States
Your data is hosted in the United States. Our main vendors (subprocessors) are DigitalOcean (hosting), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Klaviyo (marketing email), Google (optional sign-in), Microsoft (analytics on our public pages and inside the app; inside the app every word and image is masked, and no cookies are set from there), and Senja (customer reviews). Clinician questions
Is this a replacement for my clinical work?
No. Advocate360 is a tool for your practice, not a clinical service. It holds each client's profile, assessment, and plan, and you can edit, dismiss, or refine anything it produces.
Is the assessment a normed or clinical instrument like the BRIEF2?
No. Advocate360's executive function assessment is a structured, non-clinical self-assessment. It gives you and the client a shared starting point, a report you can download and share as an editable DOCX or a PDF, and a way to track change over time. It is not a normed or diagnostic instrument, and no diagnosis is required.
How do clients complete the assessment?
You can send a private link so the client completes it themselves, in first person, with no account or login. You can also fill it out about the client yourself, or work through it together in session.
Can the assessment be adapted to different clients?
Yes. There are two depths (a comprehensive version covering all 11 executive function skill areas, and a shorter foundational version with fewer questions and simpler wording), first-person and third-person phrasing, and a standard or smiley-face answer scale for younger clients and for higher support needs.
Do I have to put identifying details in a profile?
No. We recommend initials, a nickname, or a role label for each client's profile. You decide what identifying information, if any, goes in, and you can edit or delete it anytime.
Is Advocate360 HIPAA compliant?
No. Advocate360 is not a HIPAA-covered platform and we don't sign Business Associate Agreements (the contracts HIPAA requires before a vendor can hold protected health information). Run profiles on initials or a role label, keep the clinical record in your own system, and use Advocate360 for the coaching layer: the assessment, strategies, and take-home materials.
Can I keep several clients in one account?
Yes. The Supporter plan is $20 a month and includes up to 10 client profiles, with the option to add more. A clinic or a group practice fits the Team plan.
What does a percentage like 36% mean?
It is that person’s own answers, scored. Every question in a skill area is rated 0 to 4, and the percentage is their total out of the highest score that skill area could reach, which is 7 questions and 28 points on the Comprehensive assessment. The report groups each result into one of three bands: Needs Support at 0 to 49%, Supported at 50 to 69%, and Independent at 70 to 100%. It is not a normed or diagnostic instrument, so the number is not a comparison against other people and it is not a diagnosis.
How long does the assessment take?
There are two lengths. Comprehensive covers all 11 skill areas in 77 questions and usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Foundational covers 5 core skills in 30 questions and usually takes about 5 to 15 minutes. Comments can be left on any question and on each skill area, so someone who wants to add context will take longer. Progress saves, so it can be done in more than one sitting.
How accurate are the AI-drafted goals and strategies?
AI drafts are a starting point. You can edit, dismiss, or refine anything it produces, so accuracy stays in your hands.
Does what I enter train AI models?
No. Advocate360 uses Anthropic's Claude models through Anthropic's business API. Data sent to that API is not used to train the models, and Anthropic deletes it within 30 days in the ordinary course. Our privacy policy sets out the limited exceptions.
Is there a free trial? Do I need a credit card?
Yes. There's a 14-day free trial and signup doesn't ask for a card. The trial includes 2 profiles and up to 5 exercise downloads, and Jordan's demo profile is in it from day one so you can see a full client profile before adding your own.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account stays open in read-only mode. Client profiles, assessments, goals and strategies stay where they are, and anything you have already generated stays downloadable as a PDF or a Word file. A plan is what opens up new work: creating and editing goals, running a new assessment, and adapting exercises. Resubscribe any time to restore full access.
