Know what to try next, and why it fits this person.
Advocate360 reads the profile you have built, the executive function assessment, and the goals you have set. It suggests strategies that come with their own reasoning, the steps to use them, and, where the Advocate360 exercise library has a match, a worksheet to go with them.

Why the next step is the hard part
Understanding someone well and knowing what to do with them this week are two different jobs, and the second one rarely comes with instructions.
Knowing the person is only half of it
You can describe how someone starts tasks, holds a plan, and handles a change, and still be weighing what to try with them this week.
Most lists are written for a general audience
So the sorting work lands on you: which ones suit this person, and what has to change before they do.
Ideas rarely arrive with materials
Finding a strategy is one job. Finding a worksheet the person can use alongside it is a second one.
See the strategies in action
Follow one strategy for Jordan, the sample profile in your trial, from the list on his profile to the worksheet attached to it.
Strategies are already on the profile
Strategies appear after an assessment is completed or a goal is created, each carrying a badge for the executive function area it leads with. You can ask for more at any time, and point them at something specific.
Each one says why it fits this person
Open a strategy and the reasoning is there in writing: what in the assessment, the goals, and the profile led to it.
Change it in your words, or mark it less like this
Describe the change you want and have it rewritten with the edits marked, or edit it yourself. Mark the ones that miss and they go into the next request as examples to avoid.
A worksheet comes attached, when the library has one
When a worksheet from the library supports a strategy, it is attached to the card.
The strategies you turn down steer the next set
Strategies name the executive function areas they work on, the ones you turn down feed the next request, and the set draws on the rest of the profile.
Tagged to the skill it targets
Strategies name the executive function areas they work on, task initiation, flexibility, working memory, so you can see at a glance what a set is aimed at.
Your feedback shapes the next set
Mark one "less like this" and it goes into the next request as an example to avoid. Save the ones you want to come back to and they collect in the Saved tab on the profile.
Connected to the rest of the profile
Strategies draw on the same assessment and goals you have already built, and can carry a worksheet from the library, so the pieces stay in one place instead of scattered across separate tools.
How we handle privacy and AI
What happens with the information you enter, and who stays in charge of what the AI drafts.
Privacy-first, FERPA‑aware
- De-identified by design
- Each profile is its own record. Designed for de-identified use. We recommend initials or nicknames for profiles. You decide what identifying information, if any, goes in.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we don't sell or rent profile or user data.
Humans stay in charge
- A drafting assistant, not a decision-maker
- AI output lands as a draft. You can edit, dismiss, or refine anything it produces before you use it.
- Transparent & private
- We show how each draft was shaped. Advocate360 uses Anthropic's Claude models through Anthropic's business API, where data is not used to train the models and Anthropic deletes it within 30 days in the ordinary course.

Executive Function Strategies questions
What does this do?
It suggests support strategies for one person and says why each one fits. Strategies come with the reasoning behind them, numbered steps for using them, and the executive function areas they work on. The suggestions are drawn from the background on the profile, the goals you have set, and any completed executive function assessment.
Where do strategies come from?
Advocate360 suggests them after an assessment is completed, when you create a goal, or any time you use Refresh strategies. Each one is written from that one person's profile.
Can I edit the strategies?
Yes. Edit the wording yourself, or describe the change you want and have it rewritten. The rewrite arrives as a preview with the changes highlighted, so you accept it or cancel before anything is saved. You can also save a strategy, dismiss it, or mark it "less like this".
What is the difference between dismissing a strategy and marking it "less like this"?
Dismiss hides the card and nothing else. "Less like this" hides it too, and sends its title into the next request as an example to move away from. So Dismiss a strategy that is fine but not for now, and mark it "less like this" when the suggestion missed.
Do strategies change as I learn more about the person?
New sets do. Advocate360 suggests more when an assessment is completed, when a goal is created, and any time you ask, and each set reads the profile as it stands then. Strategies already on the profile stay as they are until you edit them, so nothing you have kept gets rewritten underneath you.
Can I ask for strategies about one specific thing?
Yes. Refresh strategies opens an optional box for describing what to focus on, like getting started on non-preferred tasks at work. Leave it blank and the suggestions come from the profile as a whole.
Do strategies come with materials?
When a worksheet in the library supports a strategy, it is attached to that strategy. Open it from the card and you can download it as a PDF. Not every strategy has one.
