Can I adapt a worksheet for one person?
Yes. Open the worksheet, choose Adapt Worksheet and pick the profile. Advocate360 rewrites it around that person, and you can aim it at one of their goals or add instructions of your own.
- Open the worksheet from the Resource Library.
- Choose Adapt Worksheet.
- Under Select Profile, choose who it is for.
- Aim at a Goal if you want it pointed at one. This appears when that profile has goals, and it is optional.
- Add Custom Instructions if you have any, such as using examples about sports, or keeping it to homework.
Where the adapted copy goes
It is saved to that profile, under the Materials tab, and downloads from there whenever you want it. The worksheet in the library is left as it was, so adapting one for a second person starts from the original again.
Adapting takes a little while, and the modal says Adapting Worksheet while it runs. The adapted copy downloads from the Materials tab whenever you want it.
