How do I talk to a real person?
Use the contact box at the bottom of any help page. It reaches the people who build Advocate360, and you do not need an account to use it.
The box sits at the foot of every page in this help center, including this one. It reaches our support inbox, which a person on the team reads.
What to include
Two things get you a useful first reply instead of a clarifying question:
- What you were trying to do, in your own words.
- What happened instead, including anything the screen said.
What happens next
The reply comes by email, to the address on your account or the one you leave. If you sent the message from an article, we can see which one, so there is no need to describe where you were when it went wrong.
If you are signed in, we can see which account wrote in, so there is no need to tell us your email address or hunt for an account number.
We are a small team in the US Pacific time zone, so replies land during Pacific working hours.
Telling us an article here is wrong or missing is worth doing. It is how this help center gets better, and it is the fastest way to stop somebody else hitting the same wall.
