Can I run the assessment again later?
Yes, as often as you want. Earlier assessments are kept, so once two are finished the profile charts them together and the newer results page shows how the average has changed.
- Open the profile and go to Assessments.
- Choose Start Assessment.
- Pick the same type you ran last time if you want the two to line up.
Where the comparison shows up
- The progress chart under Assessments, which opens once two assessments are complete and charts the areas over time.
- Progress Snapshot at the top of the newer results page, which prints the change in the average score and the most improved area.
Nothing you have already done is replaced: each assessment keeps its own results page and its own report.
A comparison reads best when the second assessment matches the first: the same type, and the same person answering. Changing either one changes what the numbers are measuring, so a difference may be the change in the answerer rather than in the skill.
