How do I add more profiles?
Add a profile pack: each one adds 5 profiles, and on Supporter a pack is $5 a month. On a personal free trial, upgrade to Supporter first, then add the pack from Account. On a team, the team admin adds packs.
On a personal free trial
A personal trial has 2 profiles, and a pack cannot be added to a trial. Upgrade to Supporter first. Supporter includes 10 profiles, and you can add packs after that. On a team trial, follow the team steps below instead.
- Open Account. It is also in the menu behind the round button with your initials, at the top right.
- Choose the Upgrade to Supporter button and complete the payment.
- If you need more profiles than Supporter includes, follow the Supporter steps below.
On Supporter
- Open Account.
- Choose Manage Additional Profiles. A window called Manage Profile Add-ons opens.
- Choose the plus (+) button under Profile Packs once for each pack you want. Each one adds 5 to the New Limit, and the window shows the monthly cost.
- Choose Confirm Changes.
For example, for 13 profiles: Supporter plus one pack gives you 15 profiles for $25 a month. If you choose Add Profile on Profiles when you are at your limit, the same Manage Profile Add-ons window opens.
On a team
- Team admin: open Team from the sidebar, choose the Profiles tab, then Manage Profile Add-ons. Choose the plus (+) button for each pack, then Confirm Changes.
- Team admin on a team trial: on Account, choose Continue on the Team plan, then Get Started. The next screen has an Extra profile packs section.
- Team on a custom plan with us: use the contact box at the bottom of this page, and we set up the extra profiles for you.
- Team member: your team admin buys packs. When you choose Add Profile at the limit, the message on screen says whether your admin has been told or whether to contact them.
You can take a pack off later with the minus (-) button in the same window. Packs bought with an annual Team plan cannot be taken off there. Profiles over the new limit turn read-only, and nothing is deleted.
