Why am I out of profile slots?

Your plan counts active profiles. The demo profile does not count. When you have more profiles than your plan allows, the oldest stay editable and the newest turn read-only.

What counts

  • Active profiles you created count against the limit.
  • The demo profile does not count, and it stays editable.

How many the plans include

  • Free trial: 2 profiles
  • Team trial: 20 profiles shared across the team
  • Supporter: 10 profiles, plus 5 for each profile pack you add
  • Team: starts at 20 shared across the team, plus 5 for each pack

Why the newest profile is the locked one

When there are more profiles than the plan allows, the oldest ones stay editable and the newest ones become read-only. So the profile you added most recently is usually the one you cannot change. That is the cap, and a profile pack or a deletion clears it.

Getting the room you need

  • A profile pack adds 5 profiles to your plan, and a read-only profile becomes editable again as soon as the pack is on.
  • Deleting a profile from its About tab frees the slot. It takes that profile's assessments and goals with it, so it is worth downloading anything you want to keep first.
