What happens when my free trial ends?
Your work stays in your account. You can sign in and read it, but you cannot add or change anything until you subscribe.
The free trial runs for 14 days from the day you sign up, with 2 profiles to try it with. A team trial runs 14 days from the day it starts, with 20 profiles shared across the team.
What stays
Your profiles, your assessments and their results, your goals, and the materials you saved are still there. Signing in shows you the same account you had the day before.
What stops
- Creating a profile, an assessment or a goal
- Editing something you already made
- Generating new strategies or materials
Files you already downloaded are on your computer and stay yours.
On a team
The whole team switches to read-only together. Your profiles and your teammates are still there, and nothing is deleted. Editing comes back when a team administrator chooses the Team plan and adds a card, so if somebody else runs your team, they are the person to ask.
Picking up where you left off
Subscribing turns editing back on, with the same profiles and the same history. You do not start over, and you do not re-enter anything.
If the trial ran out before you had a fair chance to try it, tell us below and we will sort it out.
