How do I send an assessment to someone?
Open Assessments, pick the person, and choose Send Assessment. Copy the link it makes and send it to them: whoever opens it says who is answering and fills it in without making an account. An assessment you have already started can be handed over from the share icon on its card.
- Open Assessments, pick the person it is about, and choose Send Assessment.
- Pick Comprehensive or Foundational, then choose Create link.
- Choose Copy, then paste the link into your own email or message to them.
What they see
Your name, and a welcome saying you have invited them to complete an assessment. They say who is answering, as the person themselves, as a parent or caregiver, or as a teacher or another supporter, and whether they want to answer in words or faces. The questions are worded to match, and the questions are all they see: no account, no password, and nothing else from the profile. Their answers land on the profile you sent it from.
Handing over one you have already started
An assessment you began yourself can be passed on part-way through. On its card, choose the share icon, then Copy. Their answers land in the assessment you started, so you carry on from where they left it. The share icon is only on an assessment that is still in progress, and only on profiles you hold for other people.
A link keeps working while they are part-way through and stops once the assessment is finished. It also stops while your own account is read-only, such as after a trial ends. It has no password on it, so send it to the person you mean it for; if one has gone to the wrong person, tell us below and we will replace it.
