Who on my team can see my profiles?
Only you, until you share one. Being on the same team does not put your profiles in front of your colleagues. Team admins are the exception: they can see every profile in the team.
A profile belongs to whoever created it. Colleagues on the same team see it once you share it with them, and not before.
Sharing one
- Open the profile and choose the menu beside its name.
- Choose Share with team.
- Pick Entire team, or one colleague by name.
The same panel lists the people a profile is already shared with, and each share can be taken back from there. A profile you share turns up on their Profiles list, under Shared with Me.
What team admins can see
Every profile in the team is listed on the Team page with the name of whoever owns it, and admins can rename one, hand it to another member, share it, or delete it. Opening a profile still takes a share, so an admin who needs to read one shares it to themselves first. That is how a team keeps working when somebody is off sick or leaves, and it is worth knowing before you put anything private in a profile note.
On a personal plan there are no colleagues to share with, so no other Advocate360 user can see your profiles. Our privacy policy covers how we handle your information.
