Can I get more time on my trial?
Ask us and we will take a look. There is no button for it, so write in through the contact box at the bottom of this page and tell us what you are part-way through.
A trial runs 14 days from the day you sign up, and a team trial runs 14 days from the day it starts. Extending either is something we do by hand, so it starts with an email rather than a setting.
What to tell us
- The email address you signed up with.
- What you are part-way through, such as an assessment you started with a client.
- How much longer you need.
- For a team trial, the name of the team and whether you are the person who runs it.
While you wait
Nothing is lost when a trial ends. The account turns read-only rather than closing: your profiles, assessments, goals and materials stay exactly where they are, and they come back the moment a plan starts. What happens when my free trial ends? has the detail.
A trial takes no card, so an expired trial has never charged you and cannot start charging on its own.
