How do I delete a profile?
Open the profile, choose the menu beside its name, then Delete profile, then Yes, Delete. It is permanent, and the assessments, goals, strategies and notes on that profile go with it.
- Open the profile from Profiles.
- Choose the three-dot menu.
- Choose Delete profile.
- Read the confirmation, then choose Yes, Delete.
What goes with it
The assessments and their results, the goals, the strategies, the notes and any documents you uploaded. There is no undo and no archive to recover it from. Files you have already downloaded to your own device stay where they are.
Who can delete one
The person who owns the profile. A colleague you have shared it with can work in it but cannot delete it, and a team admin can delete any profile in the team from the Team page. If you use Advocate360 for yourself, your own profile is protected: deleting your account is what removes it.
Deleting a profile frees a slot on your plan. If a profile had gone read-only because you were over the limit, it becomes editable again straight away.
