How do I share the assessment report?
Open the finished assessment, choose Download Report, and pick PDF or Word. Send that file however you normally send documents.
- Open Assessments, choose the profile, then the completed assessment.
- Choose Download Report, at the top of the results (just Download on a phone).
- Pick PDF or DOCX. DOCX opens in Microsoft Word if you want to edit it before sending.
What is in it
The results by module, the written summary, the strengths and development areas, and the suggested supports. It reads as a standalone document, so a parent or a teacher who has never seen Advocate360 can follow it. Every page carries a footer line saying a model wrote the first draft, that a person should review it, and that it is not a clinical diagnosis or a formal evaluation.
Sending a link instead
There is no link that shows somebody the results. The share icon on an assessment card sends out the questions rather than the report, so the file is the thing to send. Once it leaves Advocate360 it is an ordinary document, which is worth remembering when the report is about a child.
Word is the format to pick when the report is going into an IEP or a case note and you need to quote part of it.
