How do I turn results into goals?

There is nothing to copy across. When you create a goal on a profile, the most recent completed assessment on it is read in automatically, and the finished goal shows what it used.

Create the goal the usual way, from Goals on the profile. See how do I create a goal? for the steps. What happens underneath is that the assessment results are gathered up and handed to the goal along with the About section.

Which assessment it uses

One: the most recently completed assessment on that profile. An assessment still in progress is not read at all. So if you have just run a new one, finish it before you write the goal, and the goal is built on the newer picture.

What it takes from the assessment is the written part, the summary, the strengths and the priority development areas, rather than the percentages.

Seeing what it used

Open the finished goal and expand How This Goal Was Created. Each block names a piece of context and what it contributed; the assessment appears as Executive Function Profile.

The Priority Development Areas on the results page are a reasonable subject for a first goal. You can say so in your own words in the goal instructions.
