I can't sign in. What now?

Work through these in order: the Google button rather than a password, the exact email address you signed up with, then a password reset. Most sign-ins that fail are one of those three.

If you signed up with Google

An account created with Google has no password at all, so any password you type gets refused. Use the Google button on the login page instead.

This is the most common cause, and it looks identical to a wrong password from where you are sitting.

Check the address itself

Sign in with the address you signed up with. A work address and a personal one are two separate accounts, and your profiles live in whichever one you created them under. Capital letters make no difference.

Then reset the password

  1. Open the password reset page.
  2. Enter the email address you sign in with.
  3. Open the email from [email protected] and choose a new password of at least six characters.
