How do I change my sign-in email?
Open Account, go to Email Address, enter the new address and your current password, and save. Everything in your account stays exactly where it is.
- Open Account, from the menu under your name.
- Find the Email Address card.
- Type the new address and your current password.
- Read the address back before you save it. No confirmation email is sent, so a typo would leave you signing in at an address that does not exist.
What moves with you
All of it. Your profiles, assessments, goals, strategies and saved materials belong to the account itself, so changing the address on it changes what you type at sign-in and nothing else.
Anything you bought under the new address attaches to your account as soon as the change saves, and shows up under My Stuff. Receipts from Stripe still go to the old address, so tell us below if you need those moved too.
Changing your password too
The same Account page has a Password card: type your current password, then the new one, and save. If you have forgotten the current one, Where is my password reset email? covers the reset route instead.
When it will not let you
- The new address already has its own account here. Those cannot be merged from the Account page, so tell us below and we will sort it out.
- You signed up with Google, so there is no password to confirm the change with. Tell us the address you want and we will move it.
