Where are the workbooks I bought?

They are under My Stuff, in the Purchases section at the top. If the section is not there, the purchase was almost certainly made under a different email address.

  1. Open My Stuff from the sidebar.
  2. Look under Purchases, which sits above Free downloads and Favorites.
  3. Choose the item to download it again. There is no limit on how many times.

If Purchases is not there

That section only appears once the account has a purchase on it, and purchases are matched to an account by email address. Buying with one address and signing in with another is the usual reason a workbook seems to have vanished.

  • Check the receipt in your inbox for the address the purchase was made under.
  • If it is a different one, change your account email to that address. The purchase attaches as soon as the change saves.

You do not need a plan to reach something you bought. Purchases stay on the account whatever the plan does afterwards.
