What do you do with my data?

The short version

• Profiles and what is in them stay in your account. On a team, a colleague sees one when you share it with them: who on my team can see my profiles?
• Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own checkout page. They do not reach Advocate360 and are not stored here.
• The writing the product does, the assessment summaries, goals, strategies and adapted worksheets, is produced by Anthropic's models. Every document the product generates carries a line saying a model wrote the first draft and a person should review it, on every page.
• Our own page measurement does not store your IP address, and it respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control with no override.
• Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, so we can see what is confusing. Inside the app every word and image in a recording is hidden. The privacy policy has the detail.

If this is for a school

If you are setting profiles up for a school, the recommendation when you add one is a nickname or initials rather than a full name, which keeps the record de-identified.
