Where do I find my invoices?
Every invoice for your subscription is on the billing page Stripe runs for us, each one downloadable as a PDF. Open Account and choose Manage Billing to get there.
- Open Account, from the menu under your name.
- In the Billing card, choose Manage Billing.
- Choose any invoice to open or download it.
Every payment on the plan is there, so a finance office asking for six months of invoices can have them in one go.
Receipts for workbooks and resources
A workbook or a paid resource is not part of the subscription, so it is not in that list. It arrives as its own email at the time of purchase, and the item itself sits under My Stuff. If you need a record of one and cannot find the email, the contact box at the bottom of this page reaches somebody who can send it again.
On a Team plan the Billing card is admin-only, so invoices go through your team admin.
