Where do the strategies come from?
Advocate360 writes them for that one profile, from its assessment results, its goals and its About section. They arrive on their own when an assessment is finished or a goal is created, and you can ask for more whenever you want.
What one is
A practical suggestion with two to four steps to try, pointed at one to three skill areas, and often with an exercise from the library attached. Open a card and you get Focus areas, Why this fits, and How to use it.
What they are built from
- The results of the assessments on that profile.
- The goals written for it.
- Its About section, under the About tab: notes filed under Strengths, Challenges, Motivators & interests and Background.
- The strategies already on the profile, so a new batch does not repeat what is there.
When they appear
Three moments: an assessment is completed, a goal is created, or you ask. The button on the Strategies tab reads Generate more strategies, or Refresh strategies if there are none yet. Each run returns up to three.
Why this fits is the reasoning behind each card, in plain words, so you can judge it before you use it. Save the ones worth keeping and they move to the Saved tab. Dismiss hides one from the list. Less like this goes further: it tells the next batch to stay away from that kind of suggestion.
