Can I get a refund?
No. Our Terms say we do not offer refunds on purchases. You can cancel whenever you like and keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Our Terms of Service say we do not offer refunds on any purchase of the digital products sold here. That covers plans, profile packs and workbooks alike, and it applies whether the plan is monthly or annual.
What you can do instead
- Cancel, and stop the next payment. Your plan keeps working to the end of the period you have already paid for, so cancelling early still leaves you the time you bought. How do I cancel my subscription? walks through it.
- If you have not paid yet, try it first. The free trial takes no card details, so there is nothing on file to charge and nothing to ask back. Do I need a card for the free trial?
If a charge on your statement looks wrong
That is a different thing, and we do look into it. Charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or a charge you do not recognize at all: tell us below with the date and the amount, and we will trace it with Stripe, who handle payments for us.
Cancelling stops future payments. It does not delete the account or anything in it, and nothing you have made is removed when a plan ends.
