How do I see who has answered an assessment?
Open the person's Assessments tab. When two or more people are answering, one card holds them all, called a round, and it says how many are in and who you are waiting on.
Choose Show all, or Show both people, on the card to see each person and where they are: Link sent and not opened, Opened and in progress with how many areas they have done, or Completed. When someone finishes every area, their answers join the report and their row gets a View report button. A New label marks anyone who finished since you last looked.
What goes out by itself
- One reminder, 7 days after the invite email, if they have not finished. Their row shows the day. Nobody gets a reminder if you left their email empty.
- An email to you when someone finishes. To stop these, open Settings and turn off Email me when someone finishes questions I sent.
What you can do
- Copy link gives you their link to send yourself, for example if you left their email empty.
- Remove stops their link, and no reminder goes. You will no longer see what they answered so far.
- + Add a perspective adds someone to the round, up to four people in all. It is there for 30 days from the start of the round.
- Start a new round takes its place after that, and asks the same people again. Answers months apart would not describe the same stretch.
- The trash can deletes the whole round: the answers in it, the reports made from them, and its links. This cannot be undone.
If someone has not answered
After 2 weeks with no activity, the card reads Needs follow-up. For anyone you sent a link to, it names them and gives you a button to copy their link. It works best when people finish within about two weeks of each other, so they answer about the same stretch.
If you sent only one link
One link gets an ordinary card rather than a round. It says Sent, not opened yet, then how far they have got, with Copy link and a trash can to delete it. For 30 days after they finish, + Add a perspective on that card lets others join. After that, the card offers Start a new round.
A link stops working when the person finishes, when you remove them, or 30 days after the plan that holds the profile ends. After a plan ends you can still read what came in, but you cannot add people, copy or remove a link, or start a new round. To stop a link then, tell us below.
