How do I read a report from several people?
The report sets each person's answers side by side, so you can see where they agree and where they differ. Start with Furthest apart and the compare table, which lists the areas with the biggest gaps first.
On the person's Assessments tab, choose View report on the card. When two or more people have finished, they are all in the report, listed under Who answered with their role. With only one finished, you see that person's own report until someone else finishes.
Choosing what it shows
- Date lists each date with answers and who answered then. Pick one to see that date.
- People lets you check who to include, up to four. Check only one person and you get that person's own report.
- View switches between Side by side and Over time. It only appears when the people you picked have answered the same type of assessment on two or more dates, up to the date shown.
Side by side
- Start here names one area to begin with, one thing to try this week, and whose answers it comes from.
- Assessment overview has three tiles. Strongest area and Most support needed use the average of the people shown. Furthest apart names the area where their scores differ most.
- Areas at each level counts how many areas fall at each level in each person's answers.
- The compare table has a row for each area and a box for each person's score. The color and shape show the level. The biggest gaps come first, and you can sort by any column.
Choose Focus areas only to shorten the table. Choose Questions on a row to see how each person answered each question in that area. People see the person in different places, so a gap is a good thing to ask them about.
Over time
How each person's answers changed writes out every score by date, with a small line showing the same numbers. A dash means that person has no score for that date. Use Change since to pick which earlier date to compare with.
